This is the second time I have ordered from them in store and they are not professional at all, let me explain. The first time was for a pair of brakes available from the brand and I was told 1 week to get them. In the end I got them after a month and a half. And the second time on October 31, 2023 I ordered pants and was told there would be a week's delay and as of today it is November 24, 2023 and still no pants and especially no offer of a commercial gesture.
To summarize if you want a product and receive it when you no longer need it, they are not commercial and even less professional. Damage
Does not change the tires on certain scooters, the big bullet hole who takes care of the workshop does not like old scooters, I have the 2 tires dead but he lets me go back telling me that my scooter is not safe expensive and shiny to have new tires, he told me you take off your wheels and bring me the wheels ... I've never seen that in my life or even heard such a stupid thing ... I don't wish them well They're thieves and lazy people... Dafy=Rotten
They are super polite and very attentive. I had just bought my motorcycle. I just went to say that there was a noise. Without charging me a cent they repaired me at the same time. They are great. Frankly.
Honestly, everything is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, always attentive and with a smile! Thanks to the wonderful Corentin who did everything possible to repair my helmet in just 1 week instead of three weeks. I highly recommend and will remain loyal to this motorcycle store 😁 …
